Michael: The Foreign Affairs IT Fellowship Changed My Life

Michael was raised near Atlanta, Georgia, and studied Information Management Technology at Syracuse University. He successfully completed the Foreign Affairs IT Fellowship program and is now a U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Specialist.
